      The vast experience of our staff and the use of high-tech machinery <\/b>allow us to free up production capacity by distributing the workload so that we are always ready for new projects.<\/p>\n

      We guarantee a very high level of precision on different types of ferrous and nonferrous materials, on hardened materials, alloys and superalloys, and thanks to our metrology room, we can provide certified parts.<\/p>\n

      A significant part of the company’s activities consists of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and spare parts<\/strong> for large industrial plants including forging and hot rolling plants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Ordinary maintenance<\/strong>, which CSZ has been carrying out for some time now, consists of the replacement with new construction or restoration<\/strong> of damaged parts, assembly<\/strong> and testing<\/strong> of components.<\/p>\n

      An extraordinary maintenance<\/strong> service is always active for emergency interventions<\/strong>; the company provides, upon request of the Customer, technicians responsible for emergency interventions, thus avoiding long machine downtime of production activity.<\/p>\n

      The company builds a wide range of spare parts<\/strong>, both to design and sample<\/strong>, not only for the forging and hot rolling sector but also for various sectors of precision mechanics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
